Dents from chronic glass wearing generally improves if you switch from wearing glasses to contacts. It does take a couple of weeks for this to happen. Alternatively, using a filler to fill in any indentation works well. The filler has to be injected carefully. If you continue to wear glasses, the pressure can move the filler over time so it will be important to use a filler in this area that resists deformation, such as Restylane Lyft or Radiesse. With chronic pressure even these fillers can deform but this will give you the best possible result.
This can be treated with botox and fillers very easily in the office in a non invasive approach. Best, Dr. Emer.
Fillers can help correct dent from wearing glasses. However, they don't stand up well to continued wearing of heavy glasses. The weight of the glasses can push the fillers around, even permanent fillers.
Pictures and an examination would be needed to be able to give helpful advice, but, speaking in general, if the dents are related to soft tissues and not to the skeleton of your nose, then fillers could be an easy and effective solution.
A full set of photographs are required to make any determination about being a candidate for a rhinoplasty procedure. When the upper lateral cartilages have been permanently pushed inwards, spreader grafts composed of the patient's own cartilage are placed underneath them to make the mid-portion of the nose wider.
