Is there any medicine or cream to straighten hooked nose except surgery??

To me you are a surgical candidate but you could camoflage the nose with fillers .  I feel this will make it look bigger.  It would be better to sculpt by going to a rhinoplasty specialist.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It is tough to change the shape of the tip of the nose with filler alone. Sometimes adding botox helps.  I suggest a formal consult, you may only be a candidate for surgery but an in person consult is needed.  Best, Dr. Emer.
