The dorsal hump and cooked nose are composed of both bone and cartilage which must be surgically shaved down in order to remove it and straighten the nose. osteotomies of the nasal bones are also required to narrow the bridge line after the hump removal. To me you are a surgical candidate but you could camoflage the nose with fillers . I feel this will make it look bigger. It would be better to sculpt by going to a rhinoplasty specialist. Best, Dr. Emer.
