Smile lines can get improvement with dermal fillers. Restylane, Juvederm, and Radiesse, can be used to give extra volume to the area just next to the fold and provide support to the face. I hope this helps!
I recommend fillers for the folds themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. In person exam is essential. Based on limited photos- it appears that you may benefit from fillers such as Juverderm products, or Restylane. Surgically, you may benefit from a fat transfer - but again in person exam is necessary.
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Though your full face is not included in your pictures to offer the best advice, you can smooth the transition from your cheek to your lip region with carefully placed hyaluronic acid dermal fillers like Juvederm Ultra Plus or Vollure. Be sure to see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to discuss.
Nasolabial Folds that are Apparent at an early age like you're seeing in yourself, are usually seen in patients who have very shallow cheek bone and are lacking fat presence in the upper portion of the face. If this is the case, this can be remedied with fat grafting which will provide you with a natural and long lasting results. On the other hand if I am incorrect in my assumption, you can easily receive a treatment using Restylane or Juvederm to fill those lines out and I'm sure you will be satisfied in the future. Good luck from New York City

With any type of fillers, it can take up to two weeks for swelling to resolve and for the fillers to settle. If you still have not achieved the desired results, please have a consultation with a Board Certified Dermatologist to determine the next plan of action.
As long as the fillers are composed of hyaluronic acid they can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Sometimes it can take multiple treatments for the fillers to fully dissolve. Have a consultation with a Board Certified Dermatologist to determine what treatment will give you your desired and safest...
Bruising after injection of #fillers is not uncommon; it is partly luck of the draw as to whether the injector can safely avoid all superficial veins during injection. While we always are trained to look for the vessels, some are not visible through the skin and other factors (medications,...
This may be due to your filler placement, but it is unlikely that it migrated. It takes 1-2 weeks for final results. If you're unhappy with your results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps.
Always be sure to know which filler you are having injected. Allergan makes several different fillers that are FDA approved, all with different longevities. Voluma: upto 2 years; Vollure: up to 1 and 1/2 years; Volbella, Ultra and UltraPlus: up to 1 year. Other products may have FDA ap...
