Tightness frequently occurs after liposuction as the swelling settles in the muscle and takes some time to resolve.  I ask patients to wait 30 days to do any excercise.  You should have your surgeon check the area to be sure.

Without the benefit of physical exam- it's difficult to comment accurately. It could be associated with the swelling- best to be seen and examined by your Operating Surgeon 

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your abdominal tightness.  Without photographs or an in-person examination it is difficult to offer definite advice, but most commonly this is the result of swelling in your stomach tissues.  This should resolve sponataneously with time and use of a compression garment.  In order to rule out a possible fluid collection, I would see your surgeon for an in-person examination.
