Cellfina Spanx! How tight does it have to be?

After the Cellfina procedure, I tell my patients to wear a pull on Spanx type of garment to help with swelling in the buttocks and thighs. It doesn't have to be a liposuction garment and it doesn't have to be the brand Spanx. I just tell them to wear it so they are comfortable for 1-2 weeks. The garment should be snug but not so tight. I suggest you see an expert.  Its best to have firm compression for a week after cellulite treatment if its procedural like cellfina.  Best, Dr. Emer.
