From what I have been reading it seems most cases of PAH from coolsculpting have occurred from the original machine. Is there evidence of it occurring in patients undergo treatment with the coolmini applicator?

Answer: Coolmini and PAH I don't think anyone can guarantee you that it won't or couldn't happen. For the vast majority of people there is no issues with PAH from the treatment. Good luck with your transformation.

Answer: CoolMini PAH sambell5, The instances of PAH are very rare in contrast to the 4 million treatments performed world-wide. With the new CoolAdvantage applicators the reported cases of PAH have reduced even further. At CoolSculpting University I discuss the estimated incidence with the new Advantage applicators to be about 1 in 25,000. In regards to the CoolMini, there have been a few reported cases of PAH but the instances are far less than the applicators used on the body.
