Discharge 6 years post Breast Implants - what to do?

You might have a deep suture that has worked it's way to the surface. If that's the case it's very easy to remove the stitch and then it will heal.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Find another plastic surgeon and be examined. If it is just a cyst, it can be excised. If it is something else, you surgeon can guide you to what should be done. Please don't ignore this because it could cause your implant to become infected.
