Derogation and length revision? (Photo)

Question

I had a rhinoplasty that left me with a very upturned and short nose. Can a revision make it look close to it did before ? Can my nasal tip be brought back to the same degree ait was before ? My tip was very downward where my nostrils did not show at all. Can this be done? Photos attached

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a from a revision to derotate and deproject your nasal tip. In order to de-rotate the tip, the scar tissue needs to be released and extended spreader grafts can be placed. Nasal tip deprojection can be performed at the same time. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
