I have nice, full lips but my upper lip has a very strong, pointy Cupid's bow. Looks like an "M" at the top. I want a rounded upper lip like Angelina Jolie but I DON'T need lip injections. Is there a surgery that can 'sand off' or dull the strong edges I have on my upper lip to give a more rounded appearance? Google "Jennifer Lopez lip reduction". She had it done. Also Kim kardashian had her lips 'softened.' The edges aren't as harsh as when she started out. Not sure what to call this surgery?

There are several causes of short upper lip: dental, long upper jaw, overprojected nose, and a short upper lip. The treatment is based on the cause and to what extent you want it treated. Go to a surgeon and get an opinion and then you can decide what treatment plan you want
