I have nice, full lips but my upper lip has a very strong, pointy Cupid's bow. Looks like an "M" at the top. I want a rounded upper lip like Angelina Jolie but I DON'T need lip injections. Is there a surgery that can 'sand off' or dull the strong edges I have on my upper lip to give a more rounded appearance? Google "Jennifer Lopez lip reduction". She had it done. Also Kim kardashian had her lips 'softened.' The edges aren't as harsh as when she started out. Not sure what to call this surgery?

I'm not aware of any particular surgery to accomplish this. A lot can be done with injectables in terms of sculpting besides just adding volume.  The white roll on top of the red vermillion is a popular defining area for injections. Yes, there are several methods that I use. You can "customize" the shape as well as height and fullness. I can even do this usually under a local anesthetic as an outpatient.
