I had a mini tummy tuck four months ago and I hate how my body looks. I do modeling and I feel my career is over now. I’m very depressed, my body looked almost the same but less saggy. I have a lot of fat left around my bra strap rolls. I’m very unhappy what should I do ??? Exercise? More lipo? Please help
Answer: Full tuck From the submitted photos it appears you were a better candidate for a standard tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring. In order to improve your results a revision of a full tummy tuck is advised with muscle repair. Fat around the bra strap will not be addressed by a tummy tuck. Depending on the extent either liposuction or a bra line lift would be indicated. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

An exam would be necessary to confirm. Additional lipo can be performed in the areas you mentioned. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials (education, training, experience, American Board of Plastic Surgery certified) who performs hundreds of TTs and TT revisions each year. Answer: DrDerby Thank you for your question and the photos. You are a better candidate for a full tummy tuck instead of a mini. If you want the flat tight abdomen the full tummy tuck is always best, together with a lipo in all areas needed you will for sure be very happy. Best of luck
