Would an umbilicoplasty be possible to create a pleasing belly button and excise loose skin around belly button? After mini TT.

Recovery from a TT varies from person-to-person. Your recovery from the procedure will depend on several factors, such as age, general state of health, body weight, and type of TT.
Swelling after TT usually lasts 3 to 6 months, but most of the swelling is gone after a few weeks. Healthy people at their ideal weight should have the best overall recovery, but some of this will depend upon the surgical technique and adherence to postoperative protocols such as wearing your compression garment. Be patient with healing and realize that you may not see your final results for a year. At that point, you can reevaluate the need for an umbilicoplasty.

Thank you for your question and the photos you provided. Congratulations on making it 2 weeks post op! At 2 weeks, you have to let yourself heal. You are maximally swollen, and may be going through a roller coater of emotion. This may be why you think you "made the wrong choice." Give your body time to recover, follow up with the board certified plastic surgeon who performed your procedure for regularly scheduled follow ups. At about 6 months post op, you may want to have your belly button re-evaluated.  There may be alternatives to skin excision to treat loose skin for example: radiofrequency heat to the area. It is far too early to judge the results from your mini tummy tuck. It is best to wait at least six months and then evaluate your options at that time. If needed you can convert your mini tuck to a full for a more complete result.

You are too soon after surgery right now to consider anything else. Give yourself time to heal and let all the swelling subside. However, your photos now do show some excess skin above your belly button which would have been tightened with a full tuck.
