I am 32 years old and noticed more puffiness and under eye wrinkles, as well as lower hanging eyelids to due lack of sleep. Which procedure/s help to make my eyes look more open, bigger and brighter again?
Answer: Treatments for eye rejuvenation Thanks for the quesiton and photo. There are a variety of treatments that can be done to rejuvenate the area around the eyes. It is a little difficult to fully appreciate all of the things you mentioned from the picture you provided. From a minimally invasive standpoint, treatments like botox and fillers can sometimes help to improve the appearance around the eyes. From a surgical standpoint you would need to consider upper and lower eyelid surgery if you are determined to be a good candidate. I would recommend an in person exam with a board certified plastic surgeon who can properly examine your eyes and provide a comprehensive assessment. Best of luck!

Answer: Botox and Filler for Lower Eyelid Fatigued Appearance You have a very active lower eyelid pretarsal orbicularis muscle (the muscle which helps you blink). Softening its bulky appearance with a neurotoxin like Botox, Dysport or Xeomin, and filling along your lower orbital rim with a soft filler would be an appropriate first approach. Surgical options, in a 32-year-old, should be put off until the conservative options described above has been trialed. I don't see "lower hanging eyelids" or lid retraction as I would describe it. I think you may be describing the fatigued appearance due to slight bunching of skin. Your consultation would describe surgical options in detail.

Answer: Which procedure/s can make eyes look bigger, brighter and more awake? Blepharoplasty and/or ptosis surgery can make the eyes appear bigger and brighter. Sometime just Botox injection to slightly lift the eyebrows does the trick too. It is difficult to tell from your photo what you would benefit from since you are smiling or squinting. See an oculoplastic specialist.

Answer: Blepharoplasty for eyelid rejuvenation Thank you for asking your question and posting your photograph. It appears that you could have upper and lower blepharoplasty performed which would open up your eyes, remove wrinkles and give a more youthful appearance. Adding laser skin resurfacing at the time of blepharoplasty would enhance the results. Good luck.

Answer: Blepharoplasty Hello, Thank you for your question. It is difficult to provide a recommendation without a full assessment. Based on your goals, you may want to consider procedures such as a blepharoplasty. Blepharoplasty, or cosmetic eyelid surgery, is a cosmetic surgery procedure that removes saggy, wrinkled skin on your upper and lower eyelids to rejuvenate your appearance, making you look brighter and youthful. It is designed to address puffiness, bags, droopiness, and wrinkles. I'd recommend booking a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to determine what your options would be. Take care.
