I'm 36 but the wrinkles under my eyes are terrible when I smile. I had a big Bunche bag under them when I smiled as well but Botox helped a little with that. Not hugely though. I also tried bolero filler which helped minimally with fullness but not a huge difference for the price it was a slight difference. I will do anything to get this fixed. Will surgery fix it? What else can I do? I use skin medica tns eye cream and a retinal one currently.
Answer: Loose skin lower lids You do have some fine wrinkling of the lower lids and it appears that there is some loose skin. A lower lid surgery to remove some skin with some laser resurfacing should help to improve the texture. May also want to put some fat in to add volume to the area since you are hollow.

Answer: Lower blepharoplasty Personally, I always like to start with fillers for the under eye area but since you've tried that and weren't happy with the results, it may be time to bring on the big guns. A lower blepharoplasty is going to remove the excess skin under the eye. You may also need some filler or fat for volume and possibly some laser skin resurfacing, but that can only be determined with an in person assessment. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram

Answer: Several Options Hi Gymgirl79Great question. A very common one too.Non surgical: Fillers: There is a very wide range of products currently available and the most usual component in modern wrinkle fillers is hyaluronic acid. This substance is found naturally in almost all body tissues. When injected as a filler, it is immediately effective in correcting creases and is slowly absorbed over 6-12 months. Earlier generations of fillers used collagen which was purified from animal tissue and these caused allergic reactions in some patients.PRP treatment is proven to be extremely useful in addressing the concerns bought about by the ageing process which can lead to changes in skin texture, firmness, radiance, volume, flexibility and wrinkle formation. PRP can also address the dark areas under the eyes.Surgical: Lower eyelid surgery aims to address the bags under the eyes. Excess skin and removal or reshaping of the fat smooth’s the contour between the lower eyelid and the cheeks. Your cosmetic surgeon will assess if the procedure can be performed under local anaesthetic. All the best with your journey
