One of my eyes got bigger, feeling of one eye getting bigger. Please advise. (photos)

Ive been noticing a change of my right eye for a couple of years now, when I compare old pictures and new ones, there obviously is a a lot of change. It looks like my right eye is getting bigger, and it also gives me a slight feeling of discomfort when i open my eye (because of the eyelid). I've had my hormones checked and head CT'ed a year ago, nothing came out. Sometimes I feel more discomfort (when I'm tired etc.) Can someone please advise?

Difficult question to answer without examination.What I can tell you is that the eyeball is expected to sink back more as the swelling resolves over 3 months after surgery. Please see link below for orbital fracture and enophthalmos surgery.

You do have some ectropion of the left lower lid.  Not sure why it isn't taped up like the right one.  As the swelling goes down it may come up.  Make sure your surgeon knows it is low as he may want to tape that side up.
