Sudden swelling and bruising again 1 week after transconjunctival blepharoplasty. Any other things i should do now? (photos)

Based on your photos, I think you likely bled a little bit especially on the left side. I would recommend going back to using cold packs, avoiding heavy lifting/exercising, and discuss your concerns with your PS. I think you will ultimately do fine but your healing may be a bit delayed. It is unusual to see an increase in swelling like this.  For some reason you may have had some bleeding into the lid causing the extra swelling and bruising.  Warm compresses might have precipitated this, but I have everyone do this and haven't had any problems.  At this point you just need to let the swelling go down.  It will but you will have a longer recovery period than you planned on.  

I do not routinely recommend warm compresses a  week after surgery. Best to ask your surgeon what he prefers at this point.

Return of swelling and bruising after eyelid surgery is rare but it does occur. This is usually due to exertion involving the abdominal muscles that cause increased pressure in the neck and face. Apply cool compresses and avoid heavy lifting for another two weeks. Always check with your board certified plastic surgeon
