I've had this chalazion for about 7 months now and it is not clearing up. I've used a topical ointment; steroid eyedrops and have been undergoing monthly IPL and oil gland expressions in-office. I am currently taking dry eye tablets (Lacritec). I've been doing warm compresses and massaging daily. I&C was NOT recommended because it will PERMANENTLY damage my lower left eyelid and cause a PERMANENT 'dip'. Obviously, I do am avoiding that at all costs. Is it possible for steroid injections?
