After orbital floor surgery my eye looks noticeably smaller than the other. Will this settle? (photos)

I had orbital floor surgery on my right eye 2 weeks ago. I haven't had a lot of bruising just swelling around the eye mostly underneath and the right side of my face still has numbness. I have been taking pictures to keep track of recovery and I am anxious that my eye will not recover and will be much smaller than the other. I'm due for my 3 week check up next week. Please pass on any advice. Thanks.

You do have some ectropion of the left lower lid.  Not sure why it isn't taped up like the right one.  As the swelling goes down it may come up.  Make sure your surgeon knows it is low as he may want to tape that side up.

 Thank you for sharing your question. Usually, ptosis (droopy eyelid) is fixed with surgery. However, you can use an eyedrop to elevate your eyelid for about 8-10 hours. On my website you can see "Drop N Lift" which better explains this nonsurgical technique of eyelid elevation. Good luck,
