How does one distinguish between swelling/edema and not just fat that has not been removed? (Photo)

Kismet74
Help! keep hearing “oh you are still swollen”. How do I know that this is swelling and not fat left behind. I had about 4.5liters taken out. I’m 6 weeks post op. I was expecting a nice contour but am so heartbroken because i still feel like the same ole me. I opted out of a tt so I was not expecting washboard abs but def a smaller waist and a nice shape. I I feel like I need a 2nd round. Spent so much $$$ researches drs for months and went on so many consults. So sad!
