Hello, I would like to have my 15 year old saline Implants deflated in a nearby office. I went from a full B cup to a DD cup. Saline, via tuba. Now they are heavy and drooping as I've gained weight over the years.. When deflated, I'd like to then wait at least six months to decide my next step. How much would that cost? Thanks so much. I'd like to this right away.
Answer: Explant and Bellesoma Lift I usually charge $500 to deflate implants. However, once the implants are deflated, you should have them removed in a very short period of time, in the order of a few months at most. Often times, implant removal results in dissatisfaction due to hanging skin, empty appearance and require a lift. The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: How much does it cost to deflate implants in-office? Having "under the muscle" or "over the muscle" saline implants deflated a few weeks before a breast lift or BAM will give you time to determine if you are pleased with the results of your breasts. Leaving a capsule behind is preferred if it is thin and pliable. If there are calcific components, or if the capsule is deforming the breast tissue, then removal of the capsule may be warranted. Call patient coordinators in several board certified PS offices to determine the going rate for simple deflation.

Answer: Cost of procedure Dear paula28249, the cost of procedure depends on a lot of factors (type of procedure, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price.
