Will breast veins caused by breast augmentation go away if you have an explanation?

The veins will still be present if you remove your implants, but they may be less visible. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your bra size. However, it is possible that when your implants were placed, they had to cut tissue to allow the implants to occupy space. At that time, they may have interfered with the venous drainage of the breast. At this time, your implants may be compressing your breast tissue between themselves and the bra, which leads to venous congestion. This is why your veins are larger. It is possible that removing the implants will resolve your problem with the veins but there is no guarantee.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

While it is possible the veins will improve after explant, I believe it would be unlikely to change significantly. It sounds as though the veins are dilated (opened up larger), and not likely to contract easily on their own.
