Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide, asymmetrical, and long nasal appearance with a tension lip deformity. You also appear to have relatively thin nasal skin so the expertise of your surgeon is paramount. Please consider Consulting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you can see what might be best for you moving forward. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Thank you for your submitting your question and photos. You appear to be a candidate for rhinoplasty to enhance your facial aesthetics. During this procedure, your nose can be reshaped to create an appearance that is harmonious with the rest of your features. You may also consider Kybella injections to dissolve submental fat below the chin and create a more sculpted jawline contour. It's important to note that rhinoplasty is one of the most complex of all plastic surgery procedures, requiring experience, skill, and even artistry to achieve an optimal outcome. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon, with expertise in rhinoplasty techniques. They will be able to discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with you to determine the best course of action.
Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case from the photos you provided. I would definitely recommend you a rhinoplasty surgery. Since the nose is in the middle of the face, believe me it would change a lot. That's the only procedure I recommend you for now. You are young, you don't have any wrinkles or something else. With a rhinoplasty surgery you will have a more feminine and elegant look. Your nose is droopy, overprojected and you have a bulbous tip. All of these can be corrected with a rhinoplasty surgery.Best regards!
Based on these photos, you seem to be good candidate for rhinoplasty. Refinement of the nose would set more balance to your face. Liposuction of the neck, jawline may be considered as well. Good luck.
Thank you for your query. A rhinoplasty will balance your face beautifully and result in a lot of aesthetic improvement. Based on your photographs, you may not need much else. The final decision for other procedures should wait till the results of your rhinoplasty can be seen and evaluated. Please find an experienced Board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!
It looks like you could be a great candidate for a rhinoplasty. In good hands, it could greatly improve your facial harmony. However, I don’t think I you need much more done.I would recommend to consult with a skilled board certified facial plastic surgeon well versed in aesthetics for the best outcome with your nose.I hope this helps, best of luck !
You are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Your nose is pretty straightforward but you need to find the right surgeon. Typically the mistake with a nose like your is to leave it too long and not make it small enough as opposed to too small. I would do closed rhinoplasty, no cartilage grafting
You ask what you need to look better.Just a Rhinoplasty is all you need. Nothing else, you have a pretty face. You need an operation that will make your nose not the centre of attention of your face. You need a Rhinoplasty to reduce the bulbosity of your nasal tip, lift it a little, lift the hanging columella, and make the nose a bit smaller ( "less projected" is the term we use), and straighten the bump.I believe in keeping the nose strong, so you are less likely to get a bad result, such as an "overdone" nose which looks unnatural, or a nose that is too high, or so small that you can't breather through it.
Consider a closed rhinoplasty procedure to accomplish reduction of the dorsal hump, refinement of the bulbous nasal tip, and reduction of the hanging columella in addition to making the nose more aesthetically pleasing. All of the incisions are placed on the inside of the nose.
Thank you very much for your question. You have excellent facial skin and a very pleasing facial appearance. Objectively your nasal tip is a little large and over projected for your face.An open rhinoplasty with reduction of your dorsal bony protrusion and a complex tip rhinoplasty should make your nose look smaller, your tip to projected less from your face, and your nasal tip to be more refined and smaller.Find a plastic surgeon who is experienced in rhinoplasty.
The only reason to pursue rhinoplasty is if you have long-term dissatisfaction with the appearance of your nose. If the appearance of your nose has been bothering you, please consult with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you can see what to expect moving...
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question 6 months are early to decide anything about a revision. Also the healing process is due to your skin type. If you had thick skin it can be up to 1,5 years. If you can provide photos from front of your face, from...
Hi, While the structural framework of the nose does change with time, I have had plenty of patients get nasal surgery at your age. I would recommend a full assessment with evaluation of the internal and external aspects of your nose by someone that does a lot of nasal surgery. As we age, there...
