Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case from the photos you provided and in the first step, I can recommend you a rhinoplasty surgery. Since it is right in the middle of the face, after only a rhinoplasty you'll see how your appearance will be different. It looks like you have a wide dorsum with a hump. With rhinoplasty surgery you can get a smaller nose that would fit your face better.Best regards!
Since posting under rhinoplasty I am assuming that you are focusing on the nose. Overall your nose has good projection but there is a significant dorsal hump that can be reduced. Likewise you would benefit from a bit of tip rotation and refinement, but the overall width seems appropriate. It should be a standard rhinoplasty, and an in person internal nasal examination could tell whether or not you would benefit from a septoplasty at the same time. Make sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon to ensure you are receiving the best care.
Thank you for your query! Most of the aesthetic procedures depend on what you are looking for. I would recommend a refinement of your nose and some cheek augmentation. The first step, however may be to have some 3-D photographs and see what modifications will help you identify which features you would like to change. Please find an experienced Board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!
Based on these photos, it seems that nose surgery and chin augmentation with implant would make a mayor impact on your face. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon or a teleconference would be the best way to start. Good luck.
The side profile photographs demonstrate an overly projecting nose with a dorsal hump, and a recessive Chin profile. Consider a closed rhinoplasty to reduce the overall projection of your nose, shave down the dorsal hump, in addition to narrowing the bridge line. All incisions are placed on the inside of the nose. Also consider placement of the chin implant to augment your jen forward for better facial balance and proportions
What surgery might benefit your appearance? it appears that you have a somewhat large nose for your face, though a good profile without the hat would be more helpful in making that assessment. You appear to have a slightly small chin, and it might benefit from some long acting filler to the chin or a chin implant.
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question 6 months are early to decide anything about a revision. Also the healing process is due to your skin type. If you had thick skin it can be up to 1,5 years. If you can provide photos from front of your face, from...
Hi, While the structural framework of the nose does change with time, I have had plenty of patients get nasal surgery at your age. I would recommend a full assessment with evaluation of the internal and external aspects of your nose by someone that does a lot of nasal surgery. As we age, there...
Hello! Thank you for your question.I recommend you to do the piercings after the surgery if you really want it. Best regards!
