Answer: Dorsal Hump Reduction Since posting under rhinoplasty I am assuming that you are focusing on the nose. Overall your nose has good projection but there is a significant dorsal hump that can be reduced. Likewise you would benefit from a bit of tip rotation and refinement, but the overall width seems appropriate. It should be a standard rhinoplasty, and an in person internal nasal examination could tell whether or not you would benefit from a septoplasty at the same time. Make sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon to ensure you are receiving the best care.
