The buttock can be lifted (butt lift) without the addition of fat (BBL). Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. The fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection (BBL). You may be a candidate for either, but I would have to examine you and/or see photos to recommend one over the other. Consult with a board certified PS via email or Skype to discuss your final goals from either surgery.
Thank you for your question. To provide a valid medical opinion I will need to see pictures of you body from different angles. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Dear Marian1563,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. In case of BBL, liposuction will remove extra fat from your abdomen and transfer it to buttocks. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Hello. I do not understand your question. Fat cells for transfer are aspirated from all aroun your body contour by lipo. After that they are trasnfered to the receptor area, the buttocks. Tha traditional lipo is the only one that preserves the integrity of the adyposite cell (fat cell), so it can survive in the receptro area. As for a natural look, which is the one I pefer, height, weight and body structure are the ones to give the proportion for the volume, shape and projection of the buttock. 27 year experience, member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. You may see the video below of some of my cases.
Sculpting is an adjective that some providers use for marketing purposes. There is no such procedure as sculpting. There is Liposuction and there is a fat transfer. In a BBL these two procedures are done together in a complementary fashion.I suggest focusing exclusively on finding the most talented and experienced plastic surgeon in your area.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
Hello,Thank you for sharing the information, it is a pleasure for me to answer your question. It is difficult to evaluate the options without seeing photos,Yes, you can do the procedures perfectly, if your state of health allows it.Definitely the most appropriate is to start (tummy tuck, liposuction and BBL can also be included), you are a candidate perfect, for the procedure, with this you can eliminate all localized fat and flaccidity, you will get the best results and have a defined appearance according to your body. everything depends on your BMI, if it is within the normal range, above 35 it can generate risks. It is advisable to consult with a certified plastic surgeon, for a good evaluation, to provide you with all the information you need to know about the appropriate recommendations, so that you can achieve the desired goals in your body.I hope this answer will help you,My best wishes for you...
