You are still early in the recovery process. Very often the final shape of the breasts are not realized until 6 months. It is possible however that your shape may not change. In that event you will require a revisional procedure performed through a crease incision. It is very important that you feel comfortable with your surgeon especially when there are concerns postoperatively. There is no harm in getting a second opinion. Good luck

I am sympathetic with you--a year is a long time to wait.  Especially if there are some non-operative things to try that are only likely to work early on, such as pectoral strap, and displacement exercises. I would suggest trying to see your surgeon again before seeking another opinion, but do get that opinion if you feel brushed off again. All the best. 

I do see the asymmetry that concerns you.  It is very important that your plastic surgeon listen to your concerns and offer helpful advice.  Before consulting another plastic surgeon I would visit your plastic surgeon and ask for the surgeon to specifically address the asymmetry and the failure of the right implant to drop.  Ask the physician if a pole wrap or breast implant displacement exercises might help encourage the right side to drop.  If you are unable to get satisfactory responses from your plastic surgeon then a consultation with another surgeon would be appropriate.
