I've always been self conscious about my breast. I let it effect me so much. They are rather small, my areola is big and puffy. But when I'm cold they get smaller and bumpy. They are so puffy, why? My breasts are not full on top. As you can see, the top is flat and then there is some, not much, definition at the bottom. So, how do I make my breast more fuller on top? Will chest exercises help?
