Thigh lift - will these varicose veins be addressed or cause any issues? (Photo)

I need a thigh lift but have a number of varicose veins on the front of my thighs from having been morbidly obese and having had two full term pregnancies. I have lost 218 lbs to date and have lots of skin on my thighs and the bags of skin hang over my knees. Lipo needed. Will the veins be addressed or cause any issues in a thigh lift. I am wondering what type of thigh lift - thinking medial and spiral not really sure. looking at an arm revision too? (pictures missing)
