Yellow discharge from crease area after a thigh lift and rotten smell

 Your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource when it comes to an accurate assessment, advice, and/or meaningful reassurance. Generally, it is very common for patients to notice a "really rotten" smell when fluid  accumulates underneath tapes use along incision lines.  Although the underlying incisions may seem irritated once the tapes are removed, the smell quickly dissipates once the tapes have been moved.  I would suggest that you seek follow-up with your plastic surgeon, earlier than already scheduled, if necessary.
