I am early 30's and had Brazilian Butt Lift 8 months ago. The fat grafting is great but the doc did too much liposuction on the banana roll. I now have 2 inches of skin and second fold below my natural buttocks crease. He said he removed about 175cc from each banana roll. Should I try fat grafting into the hollow area, or should I have a posterior thigh lift? I understand the risks of the scar etc.

Most surgeons would suggest you wait until after pregnancy. What if you do the surgery and gain more than you expected? If your life is seriously compromised by the loose skin and fat on your legs now it might still make sense to consider it. Just make plans to gain appropriate weight...
Thank you for asking about your indented thigh skin. This can be improved a lot with surgery to release the scar and do a fat graft.Sometimes several grafting sessions are needed - because fat tends to absorb.

A wound separation is unfortunate but does happen. Conservative wound management is all that can be done until the area heals by secondary intention.
