Should I have a posterior thigh lift? (photos)

This is a difficult area to treat.  I usually see this problem in those patient who have had liposuction of this area or have lost significant weight.  You options are:1) Posterior thigh lift or Spiral Thigh Lift if you are willing to have a scar in the infra-gluteal crease2) You second option would be fat transfer to this area. That is why the banana roll should be approached with care. correction of double crease of the buttocks can be corrected with fat transfer. each thigh requires about 250 cc of pure fat.  it requires release of the dermal adhesions and fat transfer
