I want to get it done for my Melasma, we all have those little blonde hairs on our face I don't want to cause a facial hair problem. Does the Clear and Brilliant target facial hair or just the skin itself? I was told you could run the machine over your eyebrows as it doesn't target the hair, is this true? I hope so!!!

Answer: Clear and Brilliant Clear and Brilliant does not target facial hair and does not cause an increase in facial hair. I usually avoid treating over the eyebrows since the laser tip will not make good contact with the skin in that area. Sometimes I will combine the Clear and Brilliant with a vascular laser to get better results in some patients. Good luck.

Answer: Clear + Brilliant Permea treatment The Clear + Brilliant Permea treatment is a great choice for treating melasma. I usually recommend a series of treatments and combine it with a topical antioxidant and skin brighteners. The Clear + Brilliant Permea does not affect facial hair. It can be used near the eyebrows and over beards (in men).
