I am deciding between 2 implant sizes. One being 325cc moderate profile and 375cc high profile. I am wondering which ones suit me better in your professional opinion. I want to go with an implant that compliments my body and looks most natural. I currently wear a 34 A and I'm looking to be a 34 C. I am worried 325 cc won't be enough.

Answer: Debating between moderate vs high profile implants Hello, I find that different people have a wide range of opinions about what looks proportional or natural. In my practice I offer a range of sizes that I feel are appropriate given the patient's features (overall height/weight/proportions, breast width/tissue thickness/skin tone etc) but I recommend that choose the final size within therange that meets their self-image and goals. This can be done by trying on sizers, looking at wish pictures of people with similar body types, and/or 3D virtual imaging.

They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Try on a profile bra with various silicone cc sizers your PS recommends under a tailored blouse, tank top, bikini, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. Choosing an implant based on an aesthetic goal that exceeds your anatomic capacity may lead to complications and possibly revision.
