Visually your result is good. If you are having any type of discomfort this is not uncommon. As long as your implants are soft there should be no need to reooerate because there’s no way to assure you that the discomfort will be resolved

You probably need to go down in size to find something more comfortable, even though this size looks good on you. A year wait is plenty of time to allow for healing.
