I am not quite sure what your question is regarding the lipo on your jawline and the Sculptra. Pictures would definitely be helpful with a little more explanation. It would be easier to perform both procedures at the same time but since two different physicians are performing the treatments, it would make it harder for them to correctly perform the second procedure in the face of swelling from the first procedure. If you are thinking of having Sculptra injections for volume restoration in the face, I would wait until the swelling from your lipo resolves. Or visa versa, I would wait to do lipo on the jawline until after the swelling from the Sculptra resolves, especially if you are having the lower 1/3 of the face injected with Sculptra. I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore

Presuming the Sculptra is not being used in the neck or areas where liposuction is being performed, there should be no interference between the two procedures and each could conceivably be performed together.  If your doctor injecting Sculptra wished to enhance your jawline,  in addition to adding facial volume, I'd suggest this area be done  6 months after the liposuction of the same area.
