The injector has told me he would place several units in my face. What is the size of a unit. He said it was $80.00 a unit. Thank you for responding
Answer: What is the size of a unit of Sculptra? I am not familiar with the term "unit" in regards to Sculptra. Since Sculptra comes in a vial, most physicians refer to the amount of Sculptra used in terms of the number of vials. I would ask your injector how many vials they plan to use with your treatment.

Answer: Sculptra Pricing Thank you for your question. Sculptra is typically priced by the vial, there are no unit designations with this product. Each vial contains 367.5 mg of poly-L-Lactic Acid. In St Louis, MO the typical price of a vial is around $700 less any rebates that may be offered by Galderma. We usually inject 1-2 vials per session. Most patients need 4-6 vials to get adequate volume restoration. Results continue to improve over time for up to one year and 80% of patients are satisfied with their results 2 years out. I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
