Hello, I had rhinoplasty done 20 years ago which left me with a deviated septum and I am wanting to correct this. Can I have a bullhorn lift done at the same time? Or is it better to space the two?

Based on the photos you provided, in your case I wouldn't recommend a lip lift. That's mainly because of your tooth show. When you smile we can see you tooth. After the surgery you may be happy with your bigger lips, but gummy smile may be become sort of an issue.

Theoretically lip lift. But the key thing is what's the lenght of your philtrum? Lip lift is an excellent technique for shortening philtrum, augmenting upper lip & improving teeth show, but - as it's irreversible - the patient should have appropriate distance between upper lip & nose base....
