Can I have a bullhorn lip lift and septoplasty?

Hello, I had rhinoplasty done 20 years ago which left me with a deviated septum and I am wanting to correct this. Can I have a bullhorn lift done at the same time? Or is it better to space the two?

The technique I recommend is a lip lift.  This procedure does 4 things: shortens the distance between the nose and upper lip, rolls out the upper mucosa, increases incisor show and pulls up the corners.  In your case, you mostly need the corners pulled up and not the central area.  Best Wi...
