3 days post-op bullhorn lip lift and still no teeth showing. Do you think there will be an improvement? (Photo)

Hello, I've done the bullhorn lip lift procedure 3 days ago because my teeth were not showing when my mouth was opened or when I was smilling. Today, I see no better results, I am swollen, yes, but referring to other pictures on this site I'm afraid my Dr did not take off enough. Do you think that there will be an improvement? Or did I do all this for nothing?
