My upper teeth don't show at all, while speaking and laughing because my lip hangs over. What treatment could help?

My father has the same issue. But I can remember that my teeth where showing more at young age. When I pull up my nose my teeth show very beautiful(see pictures). Can this be done with a lip lift since My philtrum is very short already? Or are there other treatments for this issue? Hope to get more information

generally speaking lip lift is designed create bigger upper lip & shorten philtrum (lenght between nose base & upper lip). But, as you say that you already have a very short philtrum (the question is how many mm it has), I don't this that this surgery will work best for you. In such cases I usually suggest fillers/ own fat transfer/ lip implant.
