My upper teeth don't show at all, while speaking and laughing because my lip hangs over. What treatment could help?

My father has the same issue. But I can remember that my teeth where showing more at young age. When I pull up my nose my teeth show very beautiful(see pictures). Can this be done with a lip lift since My philtrum is very short already? Or are there other treatments for this issue? Hope to get more information
