I'm scared. My nose looks HUGE, undefined and pig like after my lip lift 12 days ago. Also I'm worried too much skin was taken. I'm comparing photos and really feel that I need professional answers. I checked with my surgeon but all she tells me is "give it time, it's not healed yet". Are my sills gone? Can my nose regain some of it's definition? Can it be surgically restored if not? Help! I was never informed about what a lip lift can do to the shape of a nose!

I looked at your scars carefully. It looks like your surgeon tried to fix the tissues to the septum. This is a good thing. Your result will be long lasting. However, whenever you fix the lip to deep tissues of the nose, there is some swelling at the base of the nose. DON'T WORRY. 
Permanent nasal deformity comes from NOT fixing the skin of the lip to deep structures. This will pass if there is deep nasal fixation.
My preference is to place the scar at the exact point where the lip meets the little roll at the base of the nostril, but some patients don't have that roll.
