I have a long philtrum and want a lip lift but my teeth already show quite a bit, is that ok? (photos)

I’m not sure what to do about this. Would I have to get veneers or something first, then get the lip lift? My philtrum is so long and I despise it but I also don’t like my teeth.

There is a way to reduce the size of your upper lip to allow better tooth show. It is called lip reduction surgery. The incision is underneath and inside and will provide exposure of your upper teeth when speaking. Ideally, we like 3-4 mm of tooth exposure at rest.
