As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. Thank you for your question. A brow lift can improve the symmetry of your brows, reducing any creases. An eyelid lift can also improve asymmetry around your eyes while creating a more rested appearance. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to determine your candidacy.
