Got told 1 orbit sits higher than the other & there's nothing I can do to fix it, what can I do to fix it? (Photos)

I heard that it can be my eyesight and that with eyedrops it can help out. I'm not sure how true that is. All I want is recommendations of what to do to help fix the appearance of one eye sitting lower than the other. It's a big insecurity of mine. I never let anyone take picture of me and I never take pictures myself because of this reason. Thank you

Unfortunately, the photograph presented is inadequate and out of focus. Ptosis repairs can be done as a standalone procedure or in combination with cosmetic eyelid surgery.

Your eyes are not very uneven. this is probably a typical amount of asymmetry that everyone has on their face... and thus I highly doubt that anyone else notices. I suggest you save your money and work on your mental health instead.

A trans-conjunct approach removal of the herniated fat bags in the lower lids is all you're going to need. The incisions are red.located completely on the inside of the eyelid. No external incisions are required, and no sutures are required either.

Lower eyelid scars after blepharoplasty and reconstruction with spacer graft usually heal nicely. However, spacer placement is something that needs to be done masterfully so be very careful when selecting the surgeon. Good luck.

Based on your photos, you're under eye appears puffy. And you appear to have a lovely repair. I do not think you are feeling your final result right now, only 5 months after canthopexy. Keep using eye lubricants and sit tight for another 6 months and I think you'll be happy. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
