What can be done to help my uneven eyes? I'm willing to try temporary fixes until I can save for surgery if necessary. My mental health is struggling as I feel like everyone I look in the eyes notices. Thank you for your time

You are an excellent candidate for a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning. Your age is not a contra-indication to the surgery. Eyelid ectropion or retraction is very rare. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Lower eyelid scars after blepharoplasty and reconstruction with spacer graft usually heal nicely. However, spacer placement is something that needs to be done masterfully so be very careful when selecting the surgeon. Good luck.

Based on your photos, you're under eye appears puffy. And you appear to have a lovely repair. I do not think you are feeling your final result right now, only 5 months after canthopexy. Keep using eye lubricants and sit tight for another 6 months and I think you'll be happy. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

A blepharoplasty with ptosis correction of the upper lid and a lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty to remove herniated fat would be recommended.
