Do canthopexy scars fade entirely after a certain time since they are very small incisions?

Hello everyone So Im considering lower lid retraction with spacer graft and canthopexy in order to get a more masculine eyes but I’m very concerned about the scars of the canthopexy. Do they fade entirely after a certain time since they are very small incisions ? Thank you

Lower eyelid scars after blepharoplasty and reconstruction with spacer graft usually heal nicely. However, spacer placement is something that needs to be done masterfully so be very careful when selecting the surgeon. Good luck.
