I end up looking very tired when I smile and I want to correct this permanently but i'm worried that fat transfer will look lumpy OR that lower bleph will cause eyelid retraction / ectropion. I also feel like this is a surgery typically done on older patients and am struggling to find a reputable surgeon who frequently works with younger skin & muscle.
