My eyes are uneven and one eye does seem to be bigger than the other. It is pretty obvious in pictures and one eyebrow is really high up when I smile or pose for a picture. Is there anyway I can fix this? If yes, what procedures need to be done

Yes you do appear to have mild lower eyelid retraction. Repair often involves adding length to the back side of the eyelid with a spacer graft and/or a cheek lift in combination with reforming the corner of the eye. Best to see an eyelid specialist in your area.
