One eye bigger than the other, Is there any way to fix uneven eyes?

My eyes are uneven and one eye does seem to be bigger than the other. It is pretty obvious in pictures and one eyebrow is really high up when I smile or pose for a picture. Is there anyway I can fix this? If yes, what procedures need to be done

Eye asymmetry can be complex and due to varying causes including eyelids, orbits, eyeballs, and/or surrounding structures. It appears you have asymmetric upper eyelid ptosis. Need more detailed evaluation which can be via video consultation. See an oculoplastics expert.

thank you for your question and photo. It looks to me like you have some left upper eyelid ptosis. The brow elevation is a compensatory reflex. This could most likely best be treated with a minimally invasive ptosis repair on the droopy side. Consider seeing an oculoplastic surgeon for a consultation. Best of luck!

Thank you for your question and your photos. You have ptosis of one eyelid. This causes that brow to be higher as your brain is attempting to raise the lid subconsciously. This responds well to surgery. Make an appointment either in person or by Telehealth with a fellowship trained Oculoplastic surgeon for a better examined diagnosis which will provide a better treatment plan.
