What can I do about downturned, tired, sad-looking eyes? (Photos)

Mgonz4
What can I do to improve the look of my eyes? I'm 25 and look tired, sad and almost sickly because of my eyes. I believe a lot of it is genetic but what can I do to make improvements? I would like to look more awake, present and happy. Thank you :)
