Could the use of Revitabrow (prostaglandin analogue) on my eyebrows for three months cause periorbital fat atrophy?

I used revitabrow on my brows for about three months about a year ago and shortly after I noticed how sunken my eyes were looking. I'm 30 so I'm not sure if it was just age related changes. Revitabrow contains a prostaglandin analogue as well as alcohols to enhance skin absorption. Is it possible it caused fat loss? I'm particularly worried about enophthalmos as that would be hard to correct, although it seems to be reversible in some cases. I never got it in my eyes, just the upper brow skin.
