Am I a good candidate for a lip lift? (Photo)

I had a consultation/pre-op today and paid in full for upper and lower permalip implants. The scheduler called to order them only to find out Surgisil went bankrupt within the last few months. I am so ubelievably bummed out and I’m tired of paying for fillers every few months, they don’t last well on me. Anyway, I’m considering a lip lift now as a last resort but I’m nervous about scarring and having my upper lip look too big compared to my lower lip. Im self conscious about how thin it is.
