I think what you are referring to as a delayed liposuction procedure refers only to external fat, the fat that is in the skin layer and not the fat that is inside your abdomen around your organs. Intra-abdominal fat cannot be treated, only extra-abdominal.Some doctors apparently do not suction...

Liposuction of the buttock itself is a very rare procedure for me. Far more common is lipo of the lateral thigh [saddlebag area]. when it is gone suddenly the buttock looks the correct size. Discuss in full with your surgeon.
