Is it possible to get a breast lift with an I.C.D. implant in my chest?

I am just about to turn 21 and have spent the past couple years losing over 100 lbs; however, that leaves me with some serious sagging breasts that are flat and droopy - even worse, extremely low self confidence for my age. My stipulation with getting any breast surgery is the fact that I do have an I.C.D implanted on the left side of my chest above my breast. Does this cause issues with getting just a breast lift? Full augmentation? Is if it is even possible for me to get any breast surgery?
