I've been told by two doctors, that I'm not a candidate for the high profile implant, because it would leave my nipples pointing outward, due to the fact that my natural breast plate makes it to where my breasts naturally sit far apart. I really like the look of the breast sitting up high, is there any possible way or something that I could do to achieve that look?
Answer: Breasts Upper breast fullness can be achieved in several ways, but placing the implants behind the muscle is one of the best ways.

Answer: Upper Pole Fullness Hello, Thank you for your question. It is hard to say without photos. There are a few different profiles of implants: Low Plus, Moderate, Full, and Extra Full Projection. In order to correct wide cleavage I recommend a Composite Breast Augmentation, which includes fat grafting to the breast along with an implant. It is important that you are consulting with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and one that specializes in breast procedures.

Answer: Breast surgery Thank you for your question.Breast implants give upper pole fullness no matter what the profile of the implant. They are designed to give fullness in areas, where we lack. If the implant is placed under the muscle you will gain fullness up top. I would need to see photos to give a better recommendation on size or other profile.

Answer: Is there any way that I can get the upper pole fullness without high profile implants? Fat transfer to the breasts can be used to correct asymmetry, improve asymmetry, augment overall breast size, and also correct rippling from breast implants. In general, 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer. In general, 50% of the fat transferred survives. Multiple transfers would be required for additional cc's. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred donor sites but fat from other areas can be used. I use one small incision under each breast to make the scar as minimal as possible and then inject the fat wherever it is needed. Consult via email or Skype with a board certified PS to provide more information regarding the results you are seeking.

Answer: Upper pole fullness without implants The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Implants are not lifetime devices. 8% fail within the first year and 30% fail in six years. Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
